Every team member also arrives with a fully stocked work kit (label makers, measuring tapes, tools and more)

For everyone’s sake (and Zoe’s!), food waste and liquids stay behind for your regular trash pickup.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m only using you to unpack? You’ll start with a $150 consultation at your new home. From there, we’ll plan your unpack and recommend the right mix of organizers and unpackers. As with full moves, a deposit is required to secure your dates.
Do you require a consultation? Yes, for all first-time clients.
Are supplies included? No, supplies are billed separately.
Do prices vary by neighborhood? Not within the Charlotte metro area.
Do you travel outside Charlotte? Yes, with no distance limit. Drive time is $45/hr per organizer plus gas; for overnight projects, the client provides lodging and meals are $35/day per organizer. We'll fly in when airfare is covered.
How much is the deposit for moves and unpacks? $2,500 to $3,500, depending on the size and scope of your project. It's applied to your final services invoice.
What are your hours? 10am–4pm Monday–Friday, with Saturdays available at +$5/hr per organizer. We’re closed Sundays.
