Fees for projects all depend on the scope of the project, the number of organizers and hours worked, and the products used. We are happy to accommodate any budgets you have, but please let us know this before the project begins!
Please note that you will be billed twice: one invoice outlines services and one invoice outlines products. If your project is a move, you will have an additional invoice for a move deposit (which will be applied to the total for the services owed).
Of course! Please let us know your budget for the project (for both services and products) and we can discuss how to best meet your goals within your allotted price range.
As long as you feel comfortable with our team in your home while you’re out, feel free to continue your day as you normally would. We do ask that you are available via phone should we need to contact you during the project while you’re out.
If your items are not in a condition to be donated, we will take them to your trash cans. We can also arrange for a larger trash pick up if needed. Please note that if a fee is required by the third party company, you will be responsible for their fee.
If your items are in good condition, we will help you donate them - either we will haul them to Goodwill or the donation location of your choice, or we can help arrange a donation pick up for larger items.
